Ok, amongst other things going in my car, aside from the audio system, there willbe additional periphials and it turns out that I am going to need more power.

I'm currently figuring out exactly what I got/get from the stock altenator and battery.

The battery is providing 830cca, which is incredible for a factory battery, but the reserves on it are low, due to design/size.

I'll get the "real" details on the Alternator soon.

Once upon a time, you were able to take an alternator, and have it "re-wound" and it would provide an additional 20/30amps. I'm going to look into this route first.

I'm assuming there are more powerful alternators on Nissans other vehicles, and they use out 3.5 motor on a lot of models, so I was wondering next if that was an option, just replacing it with another nissan model with more power.

Any input here?
