I searched through the forums and found no mention of these antennas. You get to pick the color, and also the size of 1.2, 2, or 3.5 inches and I'm wondering if anyone tried them. If so, which length did you try and how is the radio reception? Is it any worse than the stock antenna? He has 99% good feedback on over 23000 auctions but they are all in German so I have no idea what they say $#()*$@#*!

DO NOT GET THAT ANTENNA. I bought one of those shorty antennas and reception went right down the drain. Also, it doesn't fit too well on the bottom base. It looks real off. I've now gone through 3 different types of antennas and I must say the S2K antenna is the best one overall. Reception is great and it is a lot shorter than the OEM one. If you are adamant on buying the nub antenna, I heard putting a lead washer in before screwing in makes the reception a whole lot better.

i have the 2 inch one.. looks sweet.. reception sucked before and after the antenna.. i dont listen to the radio because it sucks worse than the reception does

 

bluebatmobile has that antenna. but he also has a second antenna located in his car behind the rear view mirror.

I think unless you're shaving the stock antenna mount just get the s2000 antenna. why would you want to put that antenna on the roof?

 

Well I guess according to the feedback, I'm not going to be getting any of those antennas because of shitty reception. By the way hndumafia, the cars pictured are not 350zs. That is why their antenna is on the roof of the car. Almost everyone recommends the S2000 antenna so I'll look into that.

 

oh woops i thought you were gonna do the roof antenna not just replacing the regular antenna. definitely look into the s2000 antenna. it maintains the reception and looks a helluva lot better than the stock antenna.

you can check your local honda dealer, that is where I got mine. All you do is unscrew the old one and screw the new one in.

 

Supposedly it is 50 bucks at the local Honda dealers. Can anyone confirm this? There is a guy on Ebay from Vegas selling the S2000 antenna for 11.99 but he doesn't accept Paypal

 

you can get the ISO Lexus antenna which fits the 350Z perfect and gets as good as reception as stock antenna at half the size. Buy it on EBAY for about 20 bucks or less. lots of them for sale and many of the sellers use paypal.
