Well after a year and 7 months I no long carry any Bose audio equipment in my Z.

Eclipse 5422 Amp for the main speakers
MB Quart 6 1/2" Premium
MB Quart 6 1/2" Coaxial
Memphis 1000D Amp for the subs
(2) Memphis 10" HPO Subs
Sirius Satellite tuner and subscription
Custom Fiberglass sub box in the dead space between the rear sway bar and where the coaxial's are mounted.

To be able to listen to clean and clear music at ANY Volume level is marvelous.

 

Photos of the sub enclosure. The installer at Executive Motoring contoured the box to flow from area where the rear speakers are mounted to the rear traction bar. He even molded in the indention on the rear strut brace.

 

Here is a shot from the rear hatch showing that I still have most of my hatch space. The subs are actually facing slightly downward.

This car thumps. Apexi was there the day it came out of the shop, he can verify the sound quality.
