Either upload an attachment (this can be done when you post with the Post Reply option, and make sure that it fits the size and dimension requirements) or find an image that is already Web hosted and use the link between IMG opening and closing tags (this option is available under the Post Reply option also).

Don't try to link images from my350z to my350z... people always have problems. Now remember, that when linking to images, that the extension should be .jpg or .gif in order to ensure that the images are readily shown
