there is none. What you can do is hook up a fm modulator to your deck. Unless you want to get a itrip. Which I think are lousy if you have too many radio stations around your hood.

The folks at PAC Audio are working on one for radios that are satellite ready but don't have satellite radio. My 04 ZR Touring has this radio - it has a CD, Tape and RADIO buttons. The RADIO button toggles AM, FM1, FM2, SAT1 and SAT2. The PAC audio adapter is supposed to give you 2 AUX ins. I emailed them to see where I can buy one, but haven't heard from them. The part number is AAI-NIS. Their website is here .

My installer has that part on order from PAC-Audio for me. It came in, but they recalled all of them back to the factory. I should be getting mine and installing it as soon as it becomes available. I will post a review when it is up and running.

It seems like the perfect solution. It also provides 2 auxiliary inputs (for me it will be my sat. radio, and an rca-->1/8" phono jack cable that I have connected to my ipod)

ZBoater...I've got a 04 Roadster but I don't think the radio is XM capable....you can tell this by simply toggling through the RADIO button; AM, FM1, FM2, SAT1 and SAT2? I don't think mine has the SAT1/SAT2.

I assumed mine was satellite capable because it has the radio button - this is what my owner's manual says. If it is not satellite capable, it would have and AM and FM button. I am also assuming you are not seeing SAT1 and SAT2 when you press the RADIO button because there is no input into those lines. Check the owner's manual - it has pictures of both radios and you should be able to match it to the one you have.

Thanks

Well, if you install the AAI-NIS, you will get 2 aux ins, so it should be fairly straightfoward. I havent seen the part, so I dont know if it uses RCAs or mini plugs. I am having my iPod installed using a grip and a indash mount from Panavise. I would also suggest the auto kit from Belkin . I am having an extra 12V connector installed on the driver's side so I can plug it in. It will charge the iPod and amplify the signal.

I should have everything installed next week. I will post pictures when its done.

The part uses RCA inputs if I remember correctly. You could connect an ipod to it by using a cable like this:

It would just plug into the headphone jack of the ipod.

This Florida firm sent me an email saying they have the input adapter out on the market -- however, it only works with the stock radios that have the SAT button = which I believe is only some 2004 models, at least according to Courtesy Nissan.
Here is the web page:
