I just wanna thank all of you guys who helped with all the posts, and answered my questions and wished me luck...cuz I needed it!
I built a custom box for the passenger side and built an amp rack for 2 amps and a 1 farad cap behind the drivers side. Dynomatted the area for the sub. It was my first box, and I wasn't sure if anything that had to be that small would sound decent. I Used an Infinity perfect 10vq and it sounds great w/only 150 rms going to it. (max rms 400) Highly recommend this sub for small enclosures. Older sony HU, Kappas in the front and rear with the tweets in the factory locations (matching the aluminum look). Took me 1 week, avg 4 hrs a day, and I cant wait to get started on the next project!! BIG thanks to my BRO (pictured) he is a certified genius when it comes to car audio installs. PEACE! IM OUT!

I tested the car for rattles b4 finished and found that the rear Xovers were bouncing like Mexican Jumping beans (which really jump) so i custom fitted it into this technological scientifically calculated vibration dampening mechanism,....oh heck..I just threw it in some styrofoam and screwed it in place.

Heres my talented bro stealing the spotlight and my car. And for all who havent driven around w/o the spare & tools, try it just for a little while I could tell a large difference until i remembered all the times when I got FLATS and put it back in. Have a good week ALL!

Good job.
Does your sub compartment vibrate at all?

I flipped the glove box because I wanted the sub farther away (the BLOSE system I had traumatized me) and after hammering away the 2 brackets in the back, I was too exhausted to hammer the ones behind the driver's side!
But more importantly, there are NO vibrations coming from the back area, and suprisingly, NONE from outside either!
My friends who heard it can't believe it!
