"TCS Off" with new TCS Module . . .

"TCS Off" with new TCS Module . . .
I installed my KPTechnologies TCS module on Friday and tested it out over the weekend. Works great!
Install was simple. 2 Screws to get the panel off and 3 wires to solder. I did the install in 2 cars in just under an hour. Two wires hook to the top two wires on tcs switch button. The third wire I connected to the Yellow/red wire in the brown harness on the brake pedal assembly.
This module remembers how you left your TCS/VDC and keeps it there until you change it . . .no matter how many times you turn the car off. It is very good for the track and if you kick yourself every time you try to showoff a little and forget to push the button.
2 thumbs up Kevin!!! Doug and myself love it. Our TCS has been off since Friday.

VandyZ.. one question, you wired the power wire to the brake pedal assembly.. i used a fuse tap to power the unit when the ingnition switch is in the "on" and "crank" positions.. doesn't wiring at the brake pedal assembly give it power all the time hence a very small usage of battery power all the time.. just curious.. was going to wire it like you did but could not confirm whether that was the correct wire..

hey Adam, how's it going?!! I had a question for you guys at crawfords. I recently had my Z on a dyno there in Lebanon and came out with a measure of 298rwhp. I haven't changed anything about the car and as you already know, I probably won't be doing anything major to it other than a good set of 19"s. But what I don't understand is where they come up with that figure? I had a print-out of the readings and sure enough that is what it said. So, I have it in black and white, and some other colors on the paper, but still find it hard to believe myself that it has that much power at the rear wheel. I have been hearing this whistling from the engine lately. Could that be a leak coming from somewhere to my advantage? I noticed also other are doing about 250 with mods. Something just isn't right.
thanks for your input on this, and sorry to be off topic.

The whistle is probably the Intake or throttle body. Mine does the same thing . . .but it is more noticable on cars with aftermarket intakes

Where do you get this VDC thingy, I have forgotten plenty of times to turn it off and try to showoff and have looked like a retard. So if someone could lemme know where I can order this would be awesome! Thanks

Well, you could do a forum or internet search for KPtechnologies as mentioned in VandyZ's initial post.
Or, I could just tell you its from:
http://www.kptechnologies.net/
