Guys,

I am in the processing of wiring my whole system. Can the ground wire come in contact with plastic, suede, etc? I am using one of the screws/hole that holds the compartment behind the passenger side. It looks like part of the "suede" like isl contacting the ground wire.

the best grounds are metal to metal completely, even removing the paint helps.

 

ground it to the chassis if possible. also, scratch any paint off.
