Default I am having some trouble with the sound

Hi guys I recently purchases the

Rockford Fosgate P165-S 6.5" Punch Series Car Audio Component System

I was installing last weekend using the wires off the stock just cut and matching the negative and positive. I am getting this hissing noise when I put the volume to zero I do hear it when volume is low too not sure If the speaker is bad because when i Connected the stock tweeter and speaker back there was.no hissing sound the hissing sound was coming from the tweeter didn't even connect to speaker trying to figure that out first

If anyone can give me some input on how to get ride of the sound

i am having the same issue with my sub a shallow mount Rockford Rockford Fosgate Punch P3 P3SD210 Punch P3 10-Inch 300 Watt Shallow Subwoofer - 2 Ohm and a pioneer avh 4300 the speakers have this hissing noise not sure if its the ground issue from my research another question I have that amp that near the stock sub can I disconnect that because I am using a Rockford Fosgate Punch 500-Watt Mono Amplifier

The last question Will I hear a difference in the front speaker power without a aftermarket amp like I did for the sub

Thanks if anyone can help out with any of the questions
