The bad: the paint cracked at the top as pictured but isn't even really noticeable with the ipad in. But since you'll probably get it painted anyways its no big deal. The paint is the only thing cracked not the piece itself.

It will fit 2003-2005 350z without modification direct plug and play 2006-2009 350z will need modifications
