Hi all, I got home last night and found a big envelope from Nissan on the table. It looked like it had been 5 rounds with Mike Tyson, but when I opened what was left of the envelope, I found a brochure for the roadster, a letter explaining why I should by the roadster and The Run DVD.

"As one of the first to own a Z.........we thought you might like this gift.........blah blah."

Give me a roadster instead please! I'd even take a red one (j/k Harry)

As I said in another post, they even state how good the stereo is......what a joke........imagine how bad it will be in the Roadster!!!!

 

yeh...dunno why they sent all Z owners that DVD...we have the friggen car, we know what it will and won't do.

Asif the Z sounds like that in stock form...wtf are they thinking?

 

I wouldnt even take a silver or blue one if they were giving them away.

I too got the envelope. Shame they already gave me a copy of the run.

I got one too. Why are they bothering to send this out to people who already own one? As if I'd buy another. Coupe on weekdays, roadster on the weekend perhaps?

 

More like roadster when the sun shines. They, like many, are pig ugly with the roof on IMO.

I didn't get the Run DVD

 

Got one as well.
I had only seen "The Run" via a mpg I downloaded. So this was the first time I had seen it in good quality. I had heard comments that it doesn't look that fast. I agree, but I guess we are accustomed to movie car scenes (sped up) and illegal street racing footage.

Its funny, I was reading the letter they sent with the DVD which states how its the most popular seater.

I wonder if all of those people have the god aweful window streaks and more. THat should give em a headache....

Might go and have fun with the Nissan drones at the motor show this weekend

 

That's not a bad idea. I wasn't going to go but if we want to do a little covert protest by standing around the Zed and talking loudly amongst ourselves about all the problems I'll be there.
