Question OBD-II Connector

Anyone purchase a OBD-II connector to RS-232 interface in Oz? If so where did you get it? You can get them overseas but thought I would check to see if there was anything local.

Tks

I think you may still have to wait till they bring out a decent one that supports the CAN standard

I'm no OBD guru but I was under the impression that there is no standard for the CAN codes. What I mean by this is that with OBD-II there is a worldwide standard that dictates if you for example poll for rpm signal on a Honda or Audi you will get the correct response but with cars running the CAN network the information is not standarised and each manufacuter is differnent for their extended codes.

If you know of one that works with the Z please let me know.
