Pedal Extenders?

Here's a company that makes a pedal set to do what you need. Even though the product link say's "comming soon" they have them, go to the G35 product link to see what they look like.

The 2005 pedals a much better than before. I couldn't heel and toe with the 2004 I test-drove, even with my "big feet" (not really that big, they fit just fine in the footbox of a formula car). My 2005 is very easy.

Hmm I think if you practice a little bit (I got it on my 3rd try) then you can heel toe no problem...
I just watched tsuchiya's touge video then got in the car and tried it a couple times then it works...
Step on the brake pedal, roll you ankle and hit the gas with your heel...
and I have asian feet :$ (I think its much easier with white feet *roll eyes*)

I'll have to go measure...I just remember not being able to heel-toe in the 2004 I test drove, but it is easy in my 2005.
(This comment is after coming out of the Spec V where the pedals were so close that even the Lotus drivers thought that the pedals on the Spec V were way too close!)

I've always had a rough time heel toeing on OEM pedals. Yet, whenever I go to to the track or attend school the cars have proper pedal positioning and it makes it real easy. I have done it with the Z, but it just seems harder then it should be, and I don't feel confident doing it on the track at the moment.
It always seems like OEM pedals are generally no good for heel toeing.
If this is a problem exclusive to me and you guys have no problems heel toeing on the oem pedals then I'll go out and practice more

I slapped on some aluminum OMP pedals (model 1863):

They work, but I had to drill holes into my brake and clutch pedals.

I agree with PDX about the 05 pedals I am constantly hitting the break and accelerator at the same time. I have size 12.5 feet so they aren't small but the damn pedals are hella close. Coming from the RSX where the pedals are zip codes away from each other I was so excited to see that I didn't have to stretch my legs before hitting the course.

These look great, thanks for the link. I can't imagine there is any difference between the G and Z pedals??

You should not extend the brake pedal, or even put a different size cover on it. Doing either will weaken the force you exert on the stock brake pedal. If you really need to extend it, take the entire piece out, and weld something new in.

Heel to Toe Gas Pedal
I was having a lot of trouble heal to toeing as well. I have designed a gas pedal for the Z which has helped a lot. I have some video of the pedal if you would like to have a look at it. I have some of the pedals for sale if you are interested. E-mail me at John260Z@aol.com for the video to be sent to you. John D.

As the starter for the original heel toe plate discussion way back, I am still having trouble with foot placement with the OMP plates remedy. I put the throttle plate on and the brake plate on. I can get the distance between the two to the correct spacing, but the brake peddle goes past the throttle pedal with freshly bled brakes (AP Racing). I even tried narrow driving shoes. The brake pedal still goes past the throttle peddle.
Any more solutions. I would think I do not want to put a spacer on my brake peddle?? Is that true?
