Default Green Flag Driving

Anybody know anything about Green Flag Driving?
http://www.greenflagdriving.com/

I've never heard of them before, and just wanted to find out whether they run safe and organized events.

They are putting on an event on Sept 9 & 10 at Thunderhill Raceway.

They are saying the right things, but I get the impression it hasn't been fully thought out. The whole website seems a little thrown together. Another red flag for me is that they preach safety, but apparently they allow Snell 90 helmets? ... ok looking at the 'Important Details' it says Snell 95 and recommends (very vaguely) against M rated helmets... but still.

They don't give any indication of amount of track time, but I guess three run groups rotated throughout the day should add up to a decent amount. $225 for one day is a little on the high-side in my opinion... but maybe costs for these things are higher out there.
