Just a quick reminder that Speed Channel is broadcasting the T2 race from the SCCA Runoffs today, at 2pm eastern, and again at 4am eastern tomorrow morning.

 

thx for the heads up! damn do those cars get tossed around! i couldn't believe the 2nd place STi's tires didn't just melt off the car he was sliding it around so much. nice and clean by will turner though. i was surprised he never leaned on a fender or anything, and he was clearly faster everywhere but the drag strip.

Having seen the race in person, Turner wasn't quite as clean as you'd believe. He drove a good race and didn't have any blatent body contact, but he drove off line several times to prevent Schader's Z from getting a run at him. Schader had an excellent opportunity to punt Turner on the last lap, but resisted the tempation.
