Lap Notes - 103 deg 120 index. RA has smoothed the track around turn three, esses and few other spots. The big bump at the bottom of the esses is virtually gone. Still a slight dip at mid corner of five. Hoosier's were a waste of money, one took 12 oz of weight. Still a vibration.

 

Did you do that lap on Sat or Sun? I was told by one of the Spec Miata guys that the track temp was over 140 on Saturday. Glad I went to Mid Ohio instead.

 

Gary this was on Saturday’s race, Sunday's race was a one lapper for us thunder guys. Red flagged right after we started due to many wrecks and oil. It was mayhem!

All I can say is it was damn hot!

That is an insane time, and kuah said he can get 1:4x times in his Z32... that thing is fast!

 

Yeah, I drove it like crap that session. Car has at least another 3-4 seconds in it with a better driver, maybe more. I'm sure I could shave 2 seconds off myself with at little more seat time and a clean lap. Big change jumping into that beast after driving mine all day. It's scary fast.

 

i think it would be cool to start doing a lap video thread it would be interesting to see more of the tracks out there, i've seen alot and want to see more. i know we have the lap times thread but video is always cool
