also any reason why you havent considered the BC coilover kit? its very complete and you can choose your spring rates at purchase, cheap rebuild cost and will allow you to achieve the ride height you want (as most coilovers will). I think they come standard with 10/8 rates the rates are changeable in increments of 2-kg...just something I would consider.
just for reference I think anything from a +20 to a +30 offset, depending on camber and drop, will allow you to run at least 285s up front, maybe 295 hoosiers though it'll be a tighter fit as theyre a bit taller. anything higher than a +30 offset up front and you WILL be into the control arm...with 285/30-18 V710s at least.
