Redline Time Attack Aug 29-30
Just trying to get an idea of who will be at this Englishtown event. Despite the all the talk of how bad this track may or may not be and having driven on it 3 times previously before the improvements, I decided to register to compete in street RWD. It should be interesting...

Should be a really strong turnout, but from a competitor, and more importantly....from a spectator turnout. Yeah, we all know the track is nothing spectacular, and really short, but points are point.
We'll be there with the Forged Performance GT-R.

how ya been, havn,t seen ya since summit point. i am bringing the nismo, brandon is competing in his 03Z, and i am pretty sure brian is coming up from tennessee. looks as though a few Z.s are signed up already so it should be a good turn out. i never been on the track, how does it compare to summit point?
Yea its been a whole year allready, I started this season late...etown is similar to summit but def smaller and a bit slower...summit is a much nicer track though...

Summit Point's smaller circuit was actually a ton of fun. At eTown, it's unlikely anyone will get out of 3rd gear.

is it that bad? you would think that redline would have/could have found a better track
I recall the discussion several months back. RTA got booted from the orginal track, which was NJ Motorsports Park. So in a mad scramble, the only track available in the general region was e-town. They figured it would be better to have a smaller track, but MUCH larger fan base, so eTown was it.
