there are a million tires out there man, youre just looking for a sporty street tire. Iunno if i'd trust Rotas on track, going over bumpstrips and what not at speed btw. might wana look elsewhere.
unless youre not comfortable pushing the car at high speed or if youre completely new to high-performance/race driving i'd just keep oems, get some 400 treadwear tires..and invest in a set of wheels/r-comps for track sessions. rig up a trailer to tow em with.

Kumho 285s and 305s, Hoosier 285's 295s and 315's, all 30 profile. dont offer any higher, and you dont need a squirming sidewall to have grip. its not like the sidewalls on these things are made out of stone, I have a picture of my car going through a left hander with Kumhos on, you can see the rims edge sticking out about 3/4's of an inch from the sidewall. besides that I run about 25 pounds of air in my Kumhos...they grip for days and days.

talkin about street tires or race tires? Unless youre forced induction id say the smaller diameter of an 18" race tire would help acceleration, the reduced unsprung/rotating mass wouldnt hurt either. If youre on street tires id run 35 series depending on the tire, the sidewalls are softer and youre more likely to dig a rim into the tarmac with 30 series street tires.

Are the 19"s your DD wheels as well? if so I hope youre prepared to get a maximum of 5-7 thousand miles out of the tires. If theyre your DD's just invest in a set of fairly inexpensive (Enkei RPF1) 18x10's and wrap them with slick DOT-R's like Hoosier A6's, Kumho V710's, or BFGoodrich R1's.
