I'm trying to make NJMP. It is the day after I bring my daughter back to her mom from Spring Break, so timing may be the trick. We will be in NYC, flying back to Chattanooga Friday afternoon, dropping her off, then hopping in the car and heading back north to NJMP, 12 hours away. So likely I would run Sunday only if it happens. Also, I may have an instructing gig with Evo in Cincinatti that weekend, won't know till this coming Friday.

Anyone know how NJMP is on brakes?

Well, looks like I'm scheduled to teach the Cincy Evo school (www.evoschool.com), so guess I'll miss this one. Oh well, need to make some $$$ for the race budget anyway!

Guess who's coming!!! lol...

We are going to debut the NISMO at Sebring in August. This gives us a 2 - 3 months of test and tune since the car should be done by the end of April.

There are a couple Road Atlanta and Sebring Chin events between May and August. Do you plan on attending any of them to tune? If so, I am sure I will be there.

Did you bring a newspaper with you to read down the back stretch? How did you like turn 17 the first time you came through it at high speed? Do you like it better than Road Atlanta?

Wow i just measured my 350Z, i have a 20mm drop wouldnt even clear 3 inches. My stock cats hang lower than 3 inches. I would have to raise my car higher than stock height to clear the 3.5 inch rule.

They knew that a lot of use are using sportscars with this track driving thing right? Guess i'm going to save a lot of money by not racing, cause there is no point of my car competing in street.

I passed tech by 1/4 inch with BC coilovers and Completely stock exhaust...I did have to raise the car up thought, but honestly, I didnt measure so I don't know how low the car is right now but its def not higher than stock hieght...

+1 cleared with space to spare, on jic coilovers and stock exhaust as well, did have the raise the car and get thicker rear tires from 35 to 45 series in the rear, but def know its still lower than stock ride height.

Well my car is torn apart right now, and one way or another i will make it pass. I swapped out my 255/40-17's up front for some 275/40's for the added grip and ride height. Once it comes down off jack stands i'll start making bigger suspension adjustments.

My car was initally dropped 20mm from stock, i can't find the original measurments, maybe my springs sagged a lot over the past 1.5 years. I measured my wifes car last night, 4.1 inches to the cats.

I hope i can get this all done for the trackday this weekend, i want to tune the setup i'll be usning next weekend. I have subframe bushings, diff bushing and an OS diff all being installed right now.
