This is my setup
stock suspension
255 35 18 front Hankook RS2
265 35 18 BFG g-Force KD
Front Full stiff (holes closest to the inside)
Rear Full soft (Holes farthest out)
AutoX setup
Seems OK for a tight auto X track but may not be the best for race track.

Your running 10mm stagger in width between front and rear, the OP is running 40mm. Your setting won't come close to working for him.
The stiffer the front bar the more understeer you will get, the stiffer the rear bar the more oversteer you get. The key to setting up the bars is balancing traction to get the desired results.
OP try my suggestion first, if its not enough, go to the middle hole in the rear. Go one step at a time, don't make dramatic changes.

Best bet is to go to the track and (depending on the type of event) get an instructor to drive your car with you as a passenger. Online estimates are fairly useless since something as small as tire pressures or alignment can throw off any guesses given on here. An experienced driver can tell you loads from that alone.
That being said,
+1 on what terrasmak said. If you have understeer already and its not a driver issue, stiffen up the rear sway or soften up the front.

It can also help power down on exit as our viscous rear diffs basically suck, and some of the weight transferred across ends up on the inside rear wheel. It's not a big help, but every little bit counts.
But as all the others have said: they're adjustable for a reason. Try them out and find what works best. Also, search more. This topic has been beat to death.
And finally, if you're getting lots of understeer in turns you might want to address your driving rather than the car. Too much speed at entry=understeer, as the front tires only have so much grip to give. If you change the balance to be more neutral/oversteer prone but continue to go too fast through the turns, you'll turn a front-end slide into a four-wheel slide or a rear-end slide. None of them are fast. Slow in, fast out. Sounds dumb (until you get it) but it works.
