12AutoX -- What thickness plywood did you use and what is the weight of the trailer with the enclosure?

sorry for bumping an old thread but does anyone for see any issues with carrying 8 tires on a setup like this? I would make another rack for wheels and tire where the tool box would be.

I never subscribed to the thread... sorry for the delay, but I used 3/8" plywood and 2-3 layers of fiberglass. It's probably 400 lbs. The door is starting to warp a little after about 20 months.

its a harbor freight trailer with a horizontal post and two vertical posts. The base is a black polymer plastic.

total spent was around $200 on the trailer, materials, random ish.
