I'm back In a Z-car race car again
I just sold my E36 NASA GTS2 race car, and will be picking up a 2004 350Z Track model NASA PTB race car in the next week or so.
You guys may remember me. I ran a NASA TTB class Time Trial 2006 350Z Grand Touring for awhile..and it was my DD. So I blew up the 350Z, bought a E36 race car, got my NASA competition license in Aug 2009, and won rookie of the Year for NASA_SE. ( I didn't wreck myself or more importantly take out any veteran racers)
BTW: It is likely several folks on this forum purchased stuff from my last "part-out" thread.
Note: I also have a Black/Black 370 w/Sport Package...that replaced the 350Z DD and is my Lucky Kids car
So a year has passed, I can now drive/race MUCH better today (speed and traffic management) and want to move back into a faster car....so I am purchasing a currently raced NASA PTB 350Z from a Buddy who is getting out of racing for a little while...It is a Pro-built car, great roll-cage, engine, suspension and misc fabrication is all Top TIER work.
So once the deal is completed, I will post pics and more details.

Nice!
Its good to see another 350. I was getting a little discouraged when it seems like everyone is ditching the Z33 platform for bigger and better.
My car goes in for its SCCA/NASA 8pt cage on Nov 1. The Z may not be the lightest or fastest car, but I really like the platform and really have enjoyed mine. I have had it since it was new and I think some of it is the relationship I have with the car, so I dont think I will be disappointed when I cross the gap from weekend HPDE/PDX warrior to full out race car.
Looking forward to the pics.
