are the molds for the carbon ones still available? I'm now on unemployment and I'm planning on getting into producing this style ducts and would love to not have to fab my molds as well.

You know how to do this stuff? I may want to attempt a roof in Dec before the car goes in for a full cage.

an infusion roof would be the same as the hood and, unless you have access to a massive oven, probably the only way you can do it at home that being said it will be slightly heavier and less stiff but more than likely enough for what you need.

I was helping him develop the kit so the price was subsidized for me. The latest version using the fans provides cooling air directed at the caliper its self, not the rotor. (V1 was rotor cooling as traditionally seen) The idea is modern pads can take a ton of heat but the brake fluid is the limiting factor.
Kit is very well made, even though its plastic it has not melted over at least 10 track weekends. No sign of failure.
Biggest benefit so far for me, longer pad life.
Con, one fan failed due to sucking in debris. But we are running a different fan cover now with V2.
It mounts by tapping a tiny hole into the wheel bearing mounting bolt heads.

Randy is very open to discussion I would recommend talking with him about your needs.

fan ducts finally ready!
Mark knows it has been a long time to get right but the fans are holding up and I have all the bugs we've found straightened out. I don't have a dedicated 350Z kit but the wiring is very close to the BRZ/FRS so if I add a couple inches of wire here and there, it should fit. The kit is $495 and now is automatic as it takes the temp of the caliper and runs the fans as needed. Mark has a switch on his. There's even an LED that tells if the fan is not powered, powered but off (cold), medium speed but warm or high speed (hot). And the new motors draw a lot less current to get the same airflow (about 35MPH!)

FRS/BRZ kit picture
This is the same, just a different plastic housing for the fan motors. Even the wheel bearing bolts are the same length and pitch.
Bolts, mounting, wiring, brushless fans, speed controls, programming and enclosures.
Should the battery connections be a 6 or 8mm ring for the Z?
Subaru uses a 6mm bolt to tighten the connection.
