For your super gutted trunk lid are you running hatch fasteners on the outside or does the stock hook/release still intact?

Might be too much of a car for you, I have seen your lap times at Mid-Ohio and Road Atlanta

Just to let you know, I blame you for me getting over zealous and stripping the whole section behind the rear seats. All I was going to do was take out the blown speakers

Keep up the good work

Thanks guys, but both of you are taking yours to the next level and far beyond mine. I love it. I could only imagine how my car would feel at 2600lbs. Are you shooting for 2600 with cage before driver? I know after a session when they put me on the scales I am 3200lbs with driver, (I'm about 165lbs) 100lbs of ballast and about 3/4 tank. I think people underestimate how much fuel weighs. I recall my car being 2790lbs without driver almost no fuel and before cage.

I can't be less than 3190lbs in my class so I have to add it to make weight.

We're you able to get to anymore sheetmetal out with the engine out? I don't want to pull my engine but weight loss is the priority.

We were able to get a good deal out, with motor in. Pulled the engine just to clean it up and replace motor mounts. stock mounts pretty heavy,
