Correct. Originally we had 13/16 on the front and feel was not right. I thought about a front bias but that added complexity and really wasn't needed.

Been doing lots of reading and it seems they add rear bias and dial it in with the bar.

pretty much.

A Bias valve can only reduce pressure, so you over boost slightly and then reduce until you are happy with it.

Some of the other like a little more rear bias than I do, but I don't like to get too squirley on a heavy brake, it leave no room for error.

Too many man hours for sure, not for the faint of heart. It sucks trying to remove the sound deadening material, sealer, and insulation. But it will be worth it.

Keep it up man. I feel your pain on the sound deadening for sure. It's gonna look nice and clean when you're done.

Carbon fiber HANS, got a killer deal on it, the good thing is you can send it back to HANS for $15 plus shipping to have it re-certified.

A little late to the party, but I found ppg's dx330 tar remover to work VERY well at removing the remaining residue from the sound deadening, and it's a great pre-paint cleaner.

Good questions. The fab shop, guy has a full time job, about 60 hours a week, 6 days a week, fab stuff is his side job, but hopefully in the next few weeks.

Found out there is a local guy that does cages for the NHRA, so waited on him to get back to me to see if he wants to do it the cage, friend of a friend
