I didn't even know that I needed this info (blinking airbag light clearing procedure) until today. But I did, and it worked perfectly. Thanks.

As for the seats - try to sit in a few. It was pretty tough to find a few in my area but eventually came across a shop that had some used seats and was able to get a feel for what I liked.

That's what I did too, and I found the perfect seat for me.

That's a good idea. Got a track weekend coming up in a few weeks.

I rode in a friend's '69 Z28. It was a high 8 second car, on pump gas, that he drove almost every day with those covered Kirkey aluminum seats and he never had an issue on or off the track. I'm a thin-framed guy, and I actually liked the fit of them. It was very solid, and the side bolsters, while not too useful in a drag situation, would be perfectly stable for track and/or drift events.

I've gone through numerous seats from sparco, recaro, OMP, etc. Nothing comes close to racetech seats. They are absolutely the best for racing.
