Sadly, I won't be attending Watkins Glen or any events this summer.
I'm so close to be 100% debt free and I just can't do it. I will however, still be working on the car all summer/fall/winter so when next season comes it'll be a done deal.
Being responsible sucks

I feel your pain, same here. Next season is the goal

Unfortunately, my Z's fate is hanging in the balance. I've been burning the candle at both ends at work, working 60- 80 hours a week and the other day on the ride home I nodded off and lost control for a split second. I was able to regain control for about 15 yards missing a very large ditch and ended up clipping a jersey barrier where the car finally came to a rest.
I walked away unscathed, but the passenger side is screwed. So now it's up to insurance to decide where it goes from here.
So all I can really say is: If you're feeling tired, just pull over and sleep it off. No need to be a hero.
