Square wheels and tires should take care of the factory understeer, but shocks from 2007 are probably a bit worn at this point and bigger, sticky tires will probably amplify the situation.
That being said, the LSD and tires will probably cut your times better than a new suspension. (As long as your existing shocks are not completely shot)
I would also consider alignment parts. (Adjustable front A-arms in particular) Stock suspension lacks camber and will eat your tires on course.

I would love to do it all but LSD and Tires are eating this seasons budget.
