Default 350Z AutoX stuff

Carter and I have used a local fab shop to make the following custom items. They have worked well for almost a year of racing. If anyone is interested I can get more made and with a little volume the prices may come down.

1/4" Al wheel spacer for autoX.......................$25 ea
1/2" Al wheel spacer for street.......................$35 ea
1/2"dia x 3"long studs....................................$10 ea
3" dia muffler replace tube.......................Al $60
SS $80

The Z sounds great with the tube

Does the muffler replace tube eliminate the muffler? Is it easy to install? I was changing my oil the other day and took a good look at the stock muffler. That thing looks heavy. Does the tube use the stock hangers or does it need new ones?

Are those spacers hubcentric? Or are they just flat discs?

I did not do too well at Atlanta, I am not the best rain driver. Most people put their street tires on and did very well, I did not have any good rear "streets" for the rear but I did run the second day with "streets" in the front. The car actually turned but I was unable to put any power down what so ever.
With 3+ inches of standing water on some places on the course, the Hoosier slicks were more like hydro foils. You can see the results on the below link, the Z's took the last three places

What's the difference between hubcentric and flat spacers?? I'd like to move my wheels out a bit, but don't know enough yet.

You can check out the wheels at this site, they are KODIAK's. I would not suggest anyone to get these for the street but they are a nice racing wheel. Also I had a bad experience with getting them custom made so I will try my best not to order from this person again.

Kodiak wheel site

I think the price was around 1600 to 1800 for the set.

Carter,

Just wanted to say I have ordered the Koni SA Yellow Sport shocks and I'm anxiously awaiting them. Ordered them from BJ aka dwnshift at 350EVO. Hope they eliminate the "bounce". Good luck in BS this year!

What is the weight of the rims? The rim itself is just steel I guess it?
