suspension for track use?

suspension for track use?
Tracked my Z for about 6 years now. It came with Tokico D-spec with unknown springs when I bought it, the car felt stiff and I liked it alot. But later decided to change to KW V3 to learn the rebound and compression setting, it is a lot softer than I thought even with full stiff on the hotchiks sway bar.
I am thinking either pick a stiffer spring on the v3 or buy a new shock & spring which can at least 20% stiffer than v3. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Without knowing what springs you were running on the d-specs its only speculation, but the KWs are a soft setup overall being that they are street/track oriented. But they can benefit from a spring upgrade just like the Bilsteins, which also have a progressive rear. You would be surprised how just a linear rear upgrade will transform the experience.
If you are turning up the damping to counter a car that has a lot of roll and you have big sway bars already, then you need to make a change...because at max setting those KWs are not acting how you want them to. You need more spring. And probably more damper control.
If you are regularly tracking on a good tire, I would probably sell the KWs and look for something more aggressive. If your car is dual purpose I wouldnt let that scare you either, since there are several good options.
