PERFORMANCE NISSAN RACING ANNOUNCES DRIVER LINE-UP FOR WATKINS GLEN
June 9, 2004 – Rosamond CA
Blake Rosser’s wrist injury has forced the folks at Performance Nissan Racing to think creatively for the upcoming Grand Am Cup event at Watkins Glen. Blake’s wrist is healing faster than originally anticipated and Blake feels he can handle some of the driving duties at the event. The decision was made to hire Boris Said to help Blake with the driving. Blake will drive as much as his wrist allows then Boris and Kelly Collins will take over the bulk of the driving chores. With this extremely strong line up the #23 350Z will be a real threat to win the first professional race for the Nissan 350Z.
The #33 350Z will be driven once again by Mike Cronin Jr. and Stu
Hayner. Both Mike and Stu have been very fast the last two events. The team has worked hard to correct the problems with the half shafts that have taken the #33 out of the lead at both Phoenix and Mont-Tremblant.
Unitech Racing, Inc. has been working hard on the new #13 350Z and will debut the car at the mid season round at Mid Ohio. The drivers for the new car have yet to be decided upon, but the team is confident that they will find the right drivers to provide a three- pronged threat at the last five races of the Grand Am Cup season.
Interested qualified and funded drivers should contact Unitech Racing to become a part of this exciting operation.
The Watkins Glen race will run Saturday June 19th at 2pm Eastern Time and Speed will air the race June 27th at 3pm Pacific Time. Please check your local listing as times do change.

For now we're just sticking to the road racing. Now that we have 3 cars (and plans for a fourth)... it's getting kind of expensive. It would be nice if Nissan would help sponsor these things... but I guess we would need to win a bunch of races first..
Hopefully this axle thing is handled as I've just drained the nations supply for our race program!!!

Sure would be nice to see some more teams come in other than just Evo and Us!!! Damn at this rate if we both keep building cars we will have a class of our own and be guaranteed a win!!!
