Stacy,

Sounds great. Thanks for taking this on. I have a room in Danville already booked. Not many places open for that weekend......Most of the places by the track are booked. I booked at the Innkeeper Danville - West for $52. I am open to other places however if we could get a central Z spot.

I think for most of the TZC guys we should look at Roxboro. We are more likely to find rooms and the drive home will be closer.

Stacy, just let me know costs and such for the lunches.

Oh, and we should post something in the Southeast Forum. I will post a link to this thread if nothing is there already.

I'll make a thread in the NE forum...

Stacey, PM me when you get some info on the ticket prices and I'll update the first post of this thread...

Marty, I assume you are planning on attending?

Yep, and bringing a few with me. Maybe we can even grab a semi-celebrity guest.

Alright... as far as ticket discounts, it ain't much, but it's somethin'

11-99 tickets we get a 10% discount. Prices are as follows:
  • 3-day ticket, includes program - $36 (reg $40)
  • Friday only - $9 (reg $10)
  • Saturday only - $18 (reg $20)
  • Sunday only - $27 (reg $30)

Children under 12 get in free

We will definately be able to do a car coral, we may be able to have a tent. We can decide on food a little closer to the weekend.

I will probably set up an 'online' registration at www.myautoevents.com
I may also include with that an online payment option, though it will cost a couple dollars more.

One thing I also asked about, that is a real possibility, is some parade laps. Keep your fingers crossed!

Stacy,

Great stuff. Put me down for a 3 day ticket. Might bring my 12 year old son so he's free. The corral & parade laps sound great. Maybe we could all chip in towards some food.

Do you know if they'll let us BBQ? Where would we set up the tent? I doubt they'll let us set anything up in the paddock, but who knows... if they do, then I'll try and come down Thursday night...

If we setup in the Grass area between north and South (near Patriot), we should be able to BBQ. But if we get a tent, we can also have VIR supply the lunches.

Looks like it is shapping up to be a really cool event...............
Another one to look at is Barber Motorsports Park which is the week after VIR!
Oct 8-10th

Let me know how many guys are showing up!
Maybe we can do a raffle or something for a set of 350EVO sway bars or something. How about some 350EVO t shirts??

Coming by and just shooting the breeze is cool, but we will always accept freebees.

Registration deadline is September 3rd (I think)... it's shown on the event info on www.myautoevents.com.

This gives us time to get the funds from the online registration in time to organize and send the payment to VIR who in turn will send us the tickets. We then will send them to the participants.
