I don't think there's enough room inside the earlier reflectors to mount the LED's facing forward.

I see this write up is for a 03-05. However I have an 06. Does the wiring to the "parking light" stay the same? Or is it different.

Wiring is the same. If you have the polarity reversed on the LED's they won't light, but they also won't be damaged.

All forums should seriously host all the images on their own servers or force users to upload to imgur public gallery so that they will forever be available.
