try and find this anywhere else. stock non folding mirrors cost $300+ why do yout think it's so rare?

I could really use these I have had my passenger mirror knock around alot at the mall and some ahole broke off the mirror at work last night thank goodness for craiglist found a wrecked z that was being parted out so I picking up a new one but it's black not red.

 

anyone ever document a step by step DIY on these? Also, did anyone ever find out where to get the module?

 

I will have my box of stuff for my Z with the JDM folding mirrors soon. I will post up a new updated DIY post. And for the relay, I will try using power antenna relays to automatically open and close the mirrors. If anybody has any ideas please post them up before I begin the install next week.

 

I just recently finished up installing the power folding mirrors. I didnt write a DIY because there is not a high demand for this. If anyone is able to obtain a set of power folding mirrors and need help with the install, just send me a PM and I will be happy to help.

 

I have installed these and will be doing a DIY. Hunt over on Gdriver for more info on them, I've been posting as many pics as possible. I'm sure most of it crosses over between the Z/G.

And I figured out how to get them to work Automatically, mine fold in when you press LOCK and fold out when you press UNLOCK.

Then the JDM switch works manually also.


I installed the "puddle lights" custom, FYI, those don't come with the JDM mirrors.
