Well Ive decided to take on this project. Just waiting on my additions in the mail.

I have jdm replica sti lens on the way along with white ccfl halo rings to go behind the projector. Now i have to decided whether or not to leave that clear upper diffuser lens in or not. Some pics make it look good left in, and some dont. I wish I knew what lightwerks used for there turning signal. Looks good instead of seeing a bulb sticking out.

I am in the process of painting my 06 lights, and I didn't know if they would look better with or without that clear textured lens!

I was thinking the same thing. I left mine in and im thanking god that i did. Looks so much nicer with them in.

check out the pics in my thread and see if you like them in.

the black does look good with the orange, but did you ever think about going orange on the inside as well? I might do a buddies white on the inside and paint the gray magnifying glass housing black. I think that would look sick.

Yeah I thought about going the same color as the car but, I seen Z in a Modified Mag before that had done that and I personally didn't like it. Your idea with the White and Black does sound good I would really like to see the end results if you decide to do that.

How long did everyone wait until they put everything back together? I don't have an entire weekend to wait.

For those of you who have done this already.

I am having trouble lining up the inside of the headlight when puttin them back together. Is there a certain way to put them back together? If I slide the shroud over the projector and then try and slide the headlight up, the blinker housing wont line up.
