here is a link of my problem maybe it will help you.

This is the only stuff that has ever worked for me.
I've tried the sandpaper restore kits and buffing compunds, but the haze eventually came back.
Nearly a year later and still no haze.
Note: Clean the lights only when they've had a chance to cool down.
at our shop we either wet sand with 1000 and use medium rubbing compound with a yellow foam cutting pad, and then a polish with a black finishing pad. (this gets rid of most oxidation, but not all) the medium compound will get rid of the 1000 scratches easily. (for anyone worrying)
OR to get rid of any imperfections in the headlights we wetsand with 1000 and shoot 2 coats of clear on the headlights and then wet sand and buff the clear and the headlights look better than new forever.
if you wet sand and buff it will look alright for a little bit but the oxidation will eventually come back, thats why we clear coat them to give them a nice shine without ever worrying about oxidation/scratches ever coming back.
3rd day of owning my Z i removed headlights and cleared them so i dont have to worry about oxidation.

(inside & out) and it didn't seem to work..
i should have done two coats i didnt know..

will this work inside and out of the lenses??
and is there a specific type of clear coat??..
.....your 1st problem is using krylon lol don't use spray cans.
use the real deal shot out of a spray GUN.
I like to use Transtar euro quick clear coat, out of all the clear coats i've used, it seems to be the most clear. most of them have a yellowish tint to them but not this one.

I got similar results using "headlight lens restorer" or polish, I believe it is made by Mothers or Blue Magic. (can get it at Auto Zone.) Took several applications but came out really good.
just did my headlight... here are the pic...
by the way...
i used wet sand 1000 and 2000 since i cannot find the 3000..but it turned out okay...

running water while sanding first with 1000 grit then 2000

i wet sanded my lights today, this is what i used.

this is how bad my lights were

with flash shows a lil more detail

before i did anything i washed the lenses they apply painters tape around the light so i wouldnt damage the paint with the buffer of sanding paper.i sanded the lights with 2000 grit 3m sandpaper with a constant flow of water while applying only the weight of my hand on the paper. i forgot to take pictures on this step.
after wards i dried the light and apply the plastic x with my finger through out the lens and buff the shet out of the lens with the power ball. thats how you get the rainbow finish on the lens too.

then i waxed and waxed

and taaddaaa

bling bling

result was a clean happy car

^^ Wow, looks great!
My haze has come back after roughly a year, nowhere near as bad as the pics I posted above, but still bad enough for me to do this again.
This time, I will wet-sand and have clear applied. I need some other needs for a body shop anyway (thinking of doing a black roof, plus the area right above my splitter in my grill, and a couple of door dings to take care of), so might as well have all that done at the same time.
