Default 4-Wheel Alignment...When?

I'm having the stock suspension on my new Z replaced by the dealer with Koni Sport shocks and Tein H-Tech springs and a Nismo sway bars just prior to delivery. Should a 4-wheel alignment be done at the time of the upgrade, after it "settles" or both? Frankly, I don't have a great deal of confidence in the technical knowledge of the service manager, but I want to make sure the alignment is done to proper spec. I don't want to pay for an alignment twice if I don't have to. Realy need some "expert" advice here.

Also, will I need a camber kit? The Tein H-Tech springs don't lower much. I think the drop is supposed to be -0.2" to -0.3" at most.

Put about 500 miles on after the mods then do the alignment. As to whether you'll need any camber adjustment pieces can't be determined until you do the alignment. If you don't want to have to go through the alignment more then once, have the parts available for install just in case. If you don't need them sell them.

Yeah don't waste the time getting an alignment before the suspension settles. There is no Camber adjustment in the front and very little in the rear so you will definitely have a little more negative camber with that setup. It might still remain within the OEM specs though.
