Default Questions about eibach pro kit/sportline...

Hey there everyone:

I've been rolling on GF210's for a while now, and the car is pretty low. Advertised drop is 1" in front and 1.2" in rear.

Recently (most especially off late) I've seen peoples cars with the pro kit and they look a lot lower than my car. I dont know if its the angles or what, but I'm wondering if you guys could measure the distance from the top of your tire to the exterior fender well.

I want my car to be lower than it is right now...maybe 1.3-1.5" all around. I dont have money for the coilovers, and I dont have time to auto-x so its not an apporopriate expense.

Also, do the eibach springs sag? I've heard this from numerous places. Any Pro kit users or Sportline users, your opinion is valued.

LOL.

Whereas that is a valid response, in some pics the H&R's look lower, and in some they look higher than my car. However, in almost all cases the pro kit looks at least as low, and the sportline for sure lower.

Does H&R make sport and Super Sport for the 350z? That would explain the varying heights.

Maxi, could you post some pics please? Especially of the rear tuck!

Thanks very much.

I have the pro-kit too but it doesn't tuck at all.

I've heard of earlier batches of the pro-kit sagging after long use. I've had mines for about 5k miles and it's dropped but not as low as I'd want it to be.

maybe an inch worth of wheel gap all around with 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 on a 9.5 and 10.5 wheel.

Ravi--

I have the Eibach Pro-Kit... With the 19's and 35 tires I have no gap in the front and roughly and inch or so gap in the rear. No rubbing issues at all. My camber and alignment was waaaaaaaaaay off though after install.

When I brought my Z into ZCG a while back when I still had the 17's, it actually looked lower than another Z there which had different springs - Can't remember which ones the other guy had though.

I'll post some pics later tonight or email them to you.

THanks for your help guys. My car is definitely lower (based on what you guys say).

Looks like my last resort will be either coilovers (if i can get justify it) or go with the HR/Sportlines.

Crap man,

I don't know what the deal is!
My car is on the same springs as yours but it's not nearly as dropped as that.
Might have to do something with my alignment.

Beautiful car BTW.
