Default Just changed Brake Pads

Man what a piece of cake, I had a little issue with the right rotor being really lose, but this newbie figured it out and once the wheel was put back on everything fell into place.

Just got through bedding them in, man were people wondering WTF I was doing. I went down a 4 lane road, luckily very little traffic. Had my flashers on so people wouldn't be behind me. Bed them in properly, I hope.

No squeaking, and most importantly of all, I drove almost 30 miles breaking the pads in and NO BRAKE DUST!

I even got the chance to clean the inside of the wheels real well.

Overall I am pleased in saving myself over $100-200.

My hawks go in tomorrow-not because I need new pads, but because I'm sick of the oem dust that I have to wipe off every 2 days. I hope they live up to their claims of "extremely low dust". We'll see.....

Oh yea they do, I did some hard braking in and out of traffic today, drove about 50 miles total, guess what NO Dust, my OEM's would have had a layer of black brake dust by the 30 mile mark.

Bought them new off a forum member here, $60 shipped for the fronts only.

No need to change the rears, they don't dust.

Got mine from Stillen, both front and rear. Total $117.04 shipped.I'll put them in myself-an easy job. Prolly not the best price, but I've dealt w/ Stillen for a long time and always found them reliable and to stand behind their products.
