Where to get replacement Tein shocks?
I have a Tein CS coilover setup, and may need to replace the rear shocks/struts. Is there any vendor on here that can get replacement shocks and or upper mounts for coilover setups?

Nice people to talk to, though they can be a wee bit ummm tight on their rules. I would have a sales receipt handy before you call.

What does rebuilding involve?
I have, on both rear shocks, a small groove that was caused by my SSR wheels when taking deep dips in the road, or steep driveways. It only happened a few times before I spaced out the rear wheels, but there is a 1/4" long, 1/16" deep groove in the shock tube.
Will rebuilding them fix this, or can they just sell me new ones?
This isn't the only reason I want new ones. I am also getting a really harsh rattle noise from the upper mount. Even Rob @ Z Car garage couldn't fix it.

A typical rebuild is a full tear down and inspection. Any worn or broken parts are replaced, the seals are replace and the valving is checked. Sounds like you need now shafts at the minimum.
As for the rattle, I bet its something related to the spring and or perch, not the shock.
