I have the Tanabe NF210 on my 2004 and the drop is 1.2 all around. Ride quality is better than stock in my opinion. And with this spring I have no more bounce and my car is a daily driver.
I too am dropping my Z... I have decided on Tanabe GF210 springs, Stillen rear camber/toe kit, 350evo front camber arms, and 350evo sways (front and rear kit). Later I can add some Koni's or even convert to coil-overs... but I think for now this will work out great. I originally thought about getting the Tein S.Tech springs but I don't know if the drop will be enough and if the springs are as stiff as I wanted. Also, I hear the eibach's are soft? Anyway, this is my plan for now, though I may get the Hotchkis sways instead if 350evo aren't any lighter or better in some way...
