Default NISMO Front Brake Pads (Non-Brembo)

I'm thinking about changing my OEM brake pads for my 350Z Touring model to NISMO Front Brake Pads (Non-Brembo) [41060RNZ35]. Car is primary for street use and I would like minimal dust and no squeal.

Any comments on the Nismo brake pads? If I use these, do I transfer the shims from the OEM pads?

The nismo pads will squeal more than stock but not that bad. They stop way better when complemented with Motul Brake Fluid. Keep in mind tho when they are cold they stop worse than stock because of their compound. I'd recommend a couple hard stops in the morning to heat them up so that when you have to brake, they grab.
