Can anyone recommend a brake caliper piston spreading tool that works well with the Brembo brakes on my Track Z?
If there was a cheap one that worked only "OK" with my Brembos and a more expensive tool (within reason) that worked very well with my Brembos; I would spend the extra money. I obviously do not want to damage my pistons in my brakes, but I don't want to be spending an hour changing my brake pads prepping my Z to run out on the track (and then afterwards to put the street pads back in for daily driving).
I tried searching this site and didn't find anything. I googled it and just found pages of what seemed to be tools for "rotating" the rear parking brake and for dealing with the springs on drum brakes.
Those with Brembos, let me know what you are using. Thanks I appreciate it!

A lot of guys use an old brake pad as a lever to push the pistons back in on these types of calipers. Just slip it in there perpendicular to the way that it would sit if you were installing it, and push the pistons in (anchoring it against the rotor, if necessary). Just try to get it at least partially over both pistons on the side that you're doing, or one piston might be pushed out while you're pushing the other one in.

Yea, I've done that with old pads, but all that takes time and you risk damaging your pistons. If you ever watched V8 Supercars on Speed; especially the Bathurst 1000 race, or just recently the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona race, you will see teams with a tool that the cat just goes right in there with the wheel off hot brakes and all and this spring loaded tool slips right in there and spreads the pistons and in a couple seconds thay have the old pads out! Something like that is what I am looking for and trying to find.

Well, I think I have answered my own question for those interested. Funny how you can use one search engine and come up empty and use another and find what you are looking for right away. I used Yahoo and found this:

I'll keep searching, if I can find a similar tool cheaper I'll post it here.
