Default Hotchkis Sway Bars

When I first installed my Hotchkis Sway Bars there was no audible squeaky noises. Now, about a year or so later I have this horrible squeaking when I am driving. It usually squeaks the most at bumps. Anybody know how to resolve this issue or have any suggestions? I have tried greasing the bushings but that has not fixed the problem.

Did you try non-lithium based grease? The instructions say you have to re-grease every 15k or once a year.

Have you installed any collars on them? If not, the bars may be shifting during turns causing the noise.

I have thre same issue, i have the collars too, they just need to be regreased. If i remember right they have the fittings to shoot the grease in, so its just a matter of getting under the car.

What sucks is only the rears have the grease fittings. You have to remove the front bushings to regrease them.

It's really not that difficult to remove the bushings.

Drive up on a set of ramps & remove the under tray. Remove the 2 brackets holding the bushings & you should be able to remove the bushings to grease them.

I don't know why Hotchkis didn't put fittings on the front.

removing a away bar to regrease is as easy as an oil change.

set them to medium / medium and go from there.

Yeah I have the collars from McMasters, but that does not prevent the squeaking.
