Default Ikeya Formula Front Reinforcement Bar

This product states "Reduce chassis flex with this unique product by one of Japan's top chassis tuning manufacturers". Cost: $257.40

Has anyone used or ever heard of this product?

If so, Does it really contribute to good handling?

I guess I'll have to be the test subject.

Ikeya Formula is a trusted and reknowned Japanese domestic market brand and campaign many popular drift and track cars in the Japanese racing industry/circuit; but I'm not aware of anyone who has tested out that particular part yet on their Z--whether it does any good to the car, I'm uncertain, but I would confidently say that the quality of that piece should be among the best

Where does it attach? The GTSpec bar is not the same shape. And much less expensive to boot.

I have GT-Spec f&r frame braces and like them just fine. Install was a snap, and they do seem to help subframe rigidity. This product looks to be very high quality. If $ is a concern, check out the GT-Spec products.

That is one sick a$$ bar. It looks as though it is between the radiator support, honestly that is a great idea. It will keep the front of the vehicle very stable at the stress points.

can't you just have a custom bar welded to the chasis there instead?

doesn't this thing mount right where an intercooler would go?

anyone know the exact mounting points where it does mount or can it be mounted anywhere?
