Default Rotors

So I want to paint my calipers red..and I've done it to 2 cars prior to this one but is there any specific torque to tighten the wheels to? Do I have to have them at a specific torque or do I just need to have them tight enough or can I overtighten them?

Hmm..how do you know how tight your making it? I've never done that before.
