Default OEM G35/350z spring rate in kg? Conversion?

I found a suspension I want to try but it's in kg and I want to compare or is there a conversion formula I should use? The fronts of these aftermarket coilovers are are 10kg and the rear is 8kg. Any help is appreciated. TIA.

1 Kg = 56lbs when rounded up.

Oem spring rates are
2003-2004 314/342
2004.5+ 314/427

Is it in Kg/mm or Kg/cm ? If its in Kg/mm then Gsedan is right. 1Kg/mm = 55.88 lb/in

Has anyone actually measured the as installed, as motion coupled REAL spring roll stiffness. Because the springs are mounted [bottom centerline sits] inboard of the hubs and wheels the real stiffness is substanially less than the published numbers.

Do the numbers have any use to the common man except for comparison between other springs. As long as all the rates are measured the same between manufacturers, why would it matter if you include the suspension leverage, unless you were comparing stock position rear springs to coil over position rear springs.
