That's about right because you need the right tools and it's not that quick of a job. I was quoted $150 as a f"riend of a friend" price. I got the Tein springs on sale for that much and am having them installed tomorrow.

Springs installed on my last car was $200 but the dealer ended up footing the bill because they sold me and installed the wrong exhaust...haha... Those springs were Eibachs and cost me $230.. so I'd say the cost analysis above is right on.

Ask Rick at Status... He hooked me up putting in my Tanabes for $120ish. I was in there at 12:05PM on a Sat, back in my car pulling out of the lot at 1:00PM.

Of course... that is if you live in So Cal... But either way, Rick at STATUS ROCKS!

got my tanabe nf210 installed today for about the same price from Rick at Status. It took about an hour. The shop is amazing, and spending an hour there is no big deal, you can salivate overthe two Lambos Murcialagos (sp?) they have, or the NSX, or Ricks Z, or the Porshe turbo, or the GS300.........or....or....
Thanks Rick I am stoked on how great the Z looks now lowered on the Volks.
