Brake warranty?
Anyone ever heard of getting the brakes changed out under the warranty. I was talking to a friend that works at NTB and he said that he knows a guy that had a 350 that got the brakes (rotors and pads) changed out under the warranty? It didn't make any sense to me but i figured i would check.
Please flame me a little bit too b/c i feel like this is a really stupid question.

Yeah, i had to swing by Nissan today to get a new stud and i asked the service adviser and he said nope...no way. Unless you car is fairly new and your rotors are cracked or something abnormal.
Anywho, i just paid 3.14 for a freakin stud, what a rip...i didn't know the guy and i needed it so i didn't say anything.

With new car sales and shop labor just breaking even...........used cars and parts carry the whole load for a delearship. Parts are markuped 100% over cost like most retail establishments.
Most top manufacturers have a so called 12 month adjustment period where things beyond warranty may be considered for reimbursement
